Her journey began in nursing homes, where she observed the immense benefits of personalized, one-on-one care. she is dedicated to bringing this individualized care approach to the homes of seniors, enabling them to thrive in a familiar and comforting environment. She holds a bachelor's degree in Nursing and has multiple certifications in senior care management. her hands-on involvement in checking caregivers' credentials and training ensures that every client receives compassionate and competent care. 

Her leadership and commitment have built a team that understands the delicate balance between providing care assistance and respecting the independence of each client. By personally matching caregivers with families, she ensures a seamless fit that upholds the values and dynamics that families hold dear. Her ultimate goal is to create a space where seniors feel safe, cherished, and at home, while their families gain peace of mind knowing their loved ones are in capable and caring hands.
